The main activity of
DOB-Invest is constructing new multifunctional buildings in
Dobřichovice. The main interest of the company has been to
create a commercial centre for Dobřichovice. It is being
realised, step by step, by new house building in the village
centre combined with the reconstruction of existing
buildings. On the ground floor of the buildings there is non-residential
commercial space for sale or rent (shops, etc.) and on
higher floors there are flats for sale.
Dobřichovice, where the
official headquarters of the company are located, is
situated on both Berounka river banks, 25 km south-west of
the centre of Prague. Dobřichovice (officially a town since
2006) has attractive residential, relaxation and sports
potential. There are more than three thousand permanent
residents. At weekends, and especially in the summer, many
visitors come to spend time here, more than 300 families
having their own cottages in the area.
DOB-Invest has spread
its activities out of Dobřichovice as well and become a
Property Development Company all over the Czech Republic.
The company uses building and financial experience and is
interested in discussing the purchase of attractive
properties for new purposes, including problematic
properties. The company is prepared to enhance and sell
these properties later at their market value.
As a result of client interest, the company has begun to
provide complete real estate services, accepting offers from

The residential housing
centre, DOB Centrum, is a complex of multi-functional
buildings, designed to complement each other. It is located
in the centre of Dobřichovice next to a town park and close
to the river Berounka. A renowned architectural office DaM
s.r.o. (Ltd) is the designer of the project. Reconstruction
of the former agricultural area started in September 2013.
Part of the area is set up as a comfortable home for the
elderly on the ground floor, with space for services and
residential apartments on the floors above. There are also
wellness and rehabilitation facilities in the centre, a wine
store, sports area and a park. There is an exhibition and
conference hall and a public laundry, run by a non-profit
company Zelený ostrov, in part of an area renovated in 1998.
The second stage of the reconstruction will add a small
hotel and a restaurant. The main part of the first stage of
the building comprises an appealing apartment house which is
divided into three sections sharing its basements and
underground parking. This building also includes
for the elderly,
5 commercial units and
45 apartments for
sale. These apartments offer mostly south or west oriented
living rooms with views of the river Berounka and the hills
of Brdy, and quiet north and east oriented bedrooms. Garage
parking and a spacious basement are included components of
the apartments. Some apartments on the ground floor have a
small front yard. Apartments on the floors above have one or
two terraces or a balcony.
